PRODUCTION STEPS
Preparing the seed bed is the tillage stage

We use certified seeds of the best quality.
SEED
We use seed drills with a coulter disc to place the seed evenly in the soil and place it at the correct depth.
FALCIATION
Alfalfa is mowed at the beginning of the vegetative stage max 25/30 days. It stays in the field for a limited time to reduce nutrient losses.
DEHYDRATION
Operating temperatures are carefully monitored at all stages of the dehydration process to ensure consistent moisture content of the finished product.
RECEIPT OF GOODS
Alfalfa is chopped, loaded onto trucks and unloaded at the plant.
LABORATORY ANALYSIS
We have our own in-house testing laboratory. We conduct checks on incoming alfalfa, on the product during processing, and on the product stored in the warehouse to ensure proper quality.
LABORATORY ANALYSIS
Alfalfa is shredded with a forage harvester and transferred to the dewatering system without interruption to avoid harmful fermentation processes.
